1 pouch beans We used Uncle Ben's zesty Mexican style beans
4largeTortillas
Grated cheese, optional
Salsa, optional
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Snip the edge of each pouch to vent. Stand the pouches upright in the pot of boiling water.
Cook for 5 minutes. Open the pouch all the way and check to see if everything is heated through. If not, stir and return to the pot for another 1-2 minutes.
Spoon a 1/4 of each mixture onto each tortilla. If you brought add-ons, add them. Roll up and enjoy.
