National cheesecake day is this Sunday! We usually throw a big party so we don’t feel ashamed about baking an obscene amount of cheesecake, but this year we just got back from a trip to the Oregon coast and sadly don’t have enough time or energy to make it happen.* Since it seems a little ridiculous to make seven cheesecakes just for ourselves (although admittedly very tempting), we’re currently debating which of these five we should make. Feel free to shout out your vote in the comments section. (All caps is not required, you don’t actually need to shout, it was more a figure of speech.)
