Yesterday it was 78° and sunny, today it’s snowing. I’ve never been fond of winter and when I’m whiplashed into it, I’m even less fond. It causes me to dream about things like summer days and lemon blueberry cheesecake.
National cheesecake day is this Sunday! We usually throw a big party so we don’t feel ashamed about baking an obscene amount of cheesecake, but this year we just got back from a trip to the Oregon coast and sadly don’t have enough time or energy to make it happen.*
